Meet the Rebel who started it all.

You see, quick fixes (like diets) don’t work. They actually keep you fat and unhealthy (not to mention stuck in the cycle of sabotage and feeling like a failure).

It’s time to stop dieting and exercising like a maniac so you can lose weight, keep it off, and get your groove back for more energy, confidence and motivation. I know that when a woman is at her healthiest, she can do AMAZING things with her life. Until then, sometimes our weight and unhealthy habits become a distraction from what we’re really supposed to be doing.

I should know because I got my start after hitting “rock bottom” in 2008. I was going through a break-up, partying too much, working at a job I wasn’t passionate about, and I had put on 30 pounds seemingly out of nowhere and was experiencing symptoms of pre-menopause. That year I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), and at that point I decided that my life – if I continued in this direction – would ultimately bring destruction if I didn’t immediately do something to change.

In that moment, I made a decision that I would be a REBEL and start living differently than everyone else around me. I cleaned up my life – how I was eating, exercise, thinking, talking, dressing, with whom I was surrounding myself, where I was working – and ultimately overcame PCOS naturally and wrote the book Freedom from PCOS as the start of my journey to help more women do what I had done. I founded my company, Revolution of You, in 2009 and became a certified women’s fitness specialist as well as a nutrition and wellness expert. I started doing workshops, seminars and keynotes on my experience and my newfound knowledge of how any woman can claim a healthy, successful life.
